Belgium
When E-Polis was still called European City Campaign, the network partners came together to hold a conference in the European Parliament in Brussels in September 2007. This was the first chance to present their local activities that were stimulated by E-Polis and to exchange their experience. The morning session was reserved for a public symposium on networking for sustainable urban development whereas the afternoon session was a learning seminar for the E-Polis partners which entailed information on funding possibilities for local activities and communication tools for networking.
